It is quite Normal for everyone to break promises.The girl who said she will love me till her last breath isn't there still with me. I even heard someone saying "Promises are made to be broken".
When it comes to Promising costumers sometimes you have to see your capacity whether you can deal with inconvenience and still deliver what you promised ?.
Internet Service Providers (ISP) Specially. THe last place i was working had a downtime of around 6h/week. That was a lot when we had to send costumers back saying the Internet is down..
Because every costumer has the right to stay with you and disengage whenever he wants to.
